The following is a short list of just some of the things we do:
- Attend Board of Directors meetings.
- Prepare Board meeting packages including the agenda, financial statements, notes, minutes, action items, budget development, conduct site inspections, and follow-up on all matters.
- Prepare and mail the annual disclosure and budget package.
- Manage the financial affairs of the Association including banking, homeowner assessment billing and collections, and vendor management and payment.
- Prompt, responsive, and friendly telephone, email, and letter response to homeowner questions, issues, and maintenance problems.
- Emergency maintenance response 24/7.
